PRECAUTIONS

All products are considered final and may not be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to choose the correct color, size, etc. as necessary to ensure you receive something just perfect for you.

 

SHIPMENT DATE

Orders are processed for shipment from NIHONKIDS Office, from Monday, Wednesdays and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (PST). Orders placed from Saturday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. NIHONKIDS shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of NIHONKIDS.

 

AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING

PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE: SHIPMENT IS UPON THE ARRIVAL OF THE MERCHANDISE

Production time 15 days to ship.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

After the NIHONKIDS office creates a shipment order, the customer is notified by PFC express with a tracking number.

 

 AUTHORIZED SHIPMENT DELIVERY

Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the package carefully BEFORE signing for the receipt of the merchandise. If the Client receives a box that had been opened by the Custom or by the Courier from external inspections, the parcel would be resealed with a control security seal. For any reason, if the package looks tampered or the official adhesive tape is NOT intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the package has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, be sure to open a claim immediately with the local logistic office and contact us at nihonkids@gmail.com.

 

 UNSUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY

If for any reason, an order from NIHONKIDS is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to NIHONKIDS at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
